2011 NYC Open

**The NYC Open has been rescheduled for this coming labor day weekend.  For more information, please click here! Also, the registration will be reopened again until 12pm, Friday.**

This year’s New York City Open is bigger and better than ever!  Prize money has been expanded to $16,000 and we’re in the highest profile location Table Tennis has enjoyed in NYC so far.  With the support and for the benefit of the American Youth Table Tennis Organization (AYTTO) NATT is operating this four-star sanctioned tournament in Manhattan.

Our playing hall is the Jacob K. Javits Center, famous as ‘the marketplace of the world’.  Not only we will have more spacious accommodations this year, we expect a great deal more media
attention and walk-up spectator traffic for our deserving players (that would be you!) While there is no on-site public parking, there are a great many parking options nearby, which are detailed for you at this url: http://www.javitscenter.com/Default.aspx?cmsid=46.

New York City! Home to the United Nations, the Empire State Building, Broadway and the Statue of Liberty, with the greatest museums, restaurants, shows and sporting tradition in America. Could there be a more fabulous place to put our sport on display or for you to enjoy a weekend?

We’re out to follow up on last year’s popular competition and the media attention it attracted. Join us in this stellar event, raise the profile of our sport and help us publicize an excellent grass-roots organization at the same time. This third edition builds on last year’s success in creating a premier table tennis championship in the heart of New York City.

We’ll bring the JOOLA tables, the barriers and balls and provide the tournament operations. You bring your ‘A’ game and compete for $16,000, trophies and titles in the New York City Open! Together, let’s show the world what this sport is all about.
